JOB TITLE

Robotics Simulator – All Levels of Experience

 

ACCOUNTABILITES & RESPONSIBILITIES

-Create digital simulation of robotics manufacturing systems

-Operate robotic simulation cells for tooling, welding, reach, safety, and cycle time validation

-Deliver collision free robotic simulation systems which make rate and fulfill all customer requirements

-Create off line programs to be inputted into installed robotics

-Kinematics, OLPs, SOPs, Robot envelopes, tooling concepts

 

SOFTWARE

-Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)

-Process Simulate / Robotstudio / Roboguide

 

QUALIFICATIONS

-Consistent attendance

-meticulous attention to detail

-Self-motivated & Critical thinking

-Ability to contribute to a team in a positive way

-Problem Solving Skills

-Demonstrates efficient written and oral communication skills

 

EDUCATION

-High School Diploma

 

LOCATION

-Primarily SE Michigan with potential for limited travel
